To be clear, my overall experience was not great. My car was in service for 14 days for a “12 hour job” and when I picked up the car an additional issue was created with my car. In saying this, Tyler was my service rep and I think he did everything in his power to make it a good experience. He communicated the issues with my car and gave timely updates even if they were not desirable.

Everything was excellent and on time from the service writer to the repair and return of our car. All was perfect.
