I was a little bit disappointed with my last visit to the AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel. The visit took much longer than promised for the work that was done. I ended up being at the dealership for almost 4 hours for only a battery check, tire rotation and oil change. Tires were not properly inflated and I had to point this out to the service team and make sure that the tires/fluids had been changed. I'm glad I checked because I've frequently left dealerships and none of these items were completed, even though you would receive a report saying a thorough inspection had been done.
I called the parts department for a tire to check if it was in stock on Friday the lady told me they had it in stock and I told her I had to get my car towed to the dealership and she it was fine they have the tire in stock to put on that day. So I get my car towed to the dealership then the advisor Scott tells me they have to order the tire and I would be there by the next day and I can pick up the car tomorrow. So I leave my car there for the day and try to pick it up the next day and Moises tells me that the car won’t be ready to today because of inclement weather the tire couldn’t be delivered that I would have to come back on Monday. So I call back on Monday before going up there and some lady tells me my car isn’t ready and I asked to speak to an manager or advisor and she would not transfer me over to neither just told me she will tell one of the advisors and they would call me back shortly. So I waited hours for someone to call but never reviewed a call so I called back and asked to speak to someone that could help and they tell me the tire has been there since Saturday. I told her that they told me it’s wasn’t there and she said she was going to get my tire put on immediately so I can pick it up that day. So later on I went up there and explained everything that happened no one seemed to show any concern at all and there was only one advisor working and that was Oscar. He was the only person that was helpful I would not ever go back to them for anything poor customer service wouldn’t recommend them for anything.
Once again, Oscar is the best man for the job. He is always helpful and understanding. He has always taken care of my vehicles and treated us like family.
Oscar runs the show and is professional and provides excellent service.The lounge is comfortable and if you are waiting they make every effort to expedite.
I dropped my car off on a Thursday. I waited and waited for a call, it never came. I called that Tuesday only to find out that they did not pull my car in to look at it until after my inquiry. I constantly had to call for updates about my vehicle. Communication was extremely poor. It took 7 days for them to only tell me it was my BATTERY. I went a well without my car because of a BATTERY. So ridiculous!
They didn’t honor the guaranteed offer. It had expired so I reached out to ask if they still wanted the vehicle and would honor it; I was told yes and arrived to learn they wouldn’t after driving all the way there. Since I was already there and secured a ride home, I accepted their reduced offer. The process took over three hours after being told on the phone it should only take 30 minutes. Another couple arrived after us and experienced the same thing and after an hour and a half, they ended up leaving and asking their check to be sent in the mail.
A fast and transparent process in buying my new Camaro. A great quote on the car I wanted, and a quick and fair offer on my trade in. Finance manager was friendly and no pressure. Really enjoyed working with Ramel on the purchase of my convertible.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! It started with a competitive quote on a new 2023 Camaro. I had a fun, no-pressure test drive with Ramel. The buying process was quick...I got a fair offer for my trade in, and I was pleased with the quick and friendly process with the finance manager. I've been buying cars for many years, and this was the best experience that I have had.
