A great experience with AutoNation Chevrolet and my service consultant Jack Parzow. All services for that day were completed in a timely. Although there is still an issue with the check engine light coming on, Jack wasted no time in having me bring the Trax back in this morning. Jack Parzow and the AutoNation staff continue diligently working to resolve this issue.

I was and am very disappointed in the service that I received on my last visit the this Chevrolet dealership. Unfortunately it was not the first time that they have provided subpar service. I have written a letter to the Service director, Mr. Andrew Kolbe. I'm hoping this issue will not have to be elevated beyond that. All the requested repairs were not performed on my vehicle were not dime. I was nickeled and dimed for every little thing. Something as simple a wiper blades and tire rotations were not performed. That leads me to believe if any of the work was actually performed. Not to mention, when the engine light came on again 2 days later for what supposed to have been repaired, but yet here we are. It was always very hard to reach my service advisor and I felt neglected and dismissed. So after spending nearly $1,200, my vehicle is not up to standard. It is just wrong and unacceptable.

I left my car over the weekend to have a sensor repaired. Oscar my Service Advisor, took excellent care of my car. He reviewed my records to ensure that the sensor in question had not been replaced previously. In the last 8 to 9 months I had to replace all of my sensors, some multiple times. This is the last one to be replaced. I felt the charges were reasonable and fair. Thank you Oscar for the time and effort you put into providing good customer service.

Check engine light again revealed lean engine, after exhaust manifold was already replaced. Techs tested car and found no problems this time. I appreciated not being charged this time. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment, but there were 2 parked cars ahead of me and only one person at 1 of 4 computer terminals. They were busy and some folks were at lunch. Should have told me to leave my car in the evening and it would be looked at the next day.

Came in for MSI, inspector failed vehicle for apparent leak found. Took vehicle to the dealership associated with vehicle brand and TRAINED technicians. Trained technicians asked if I upset the inspector somehow, because there was no evidence of leak.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a service center. 1. Purchased a brand-new vehicle in December 2024 from the Autonation in Laurel 2. Took the vehicle in on May 27, 2025 due to a grinding noise it was making 3. Had to practically beg for a loaner vehicle; the service department had me call sales directly to ask for a loaner vehicle - even though mine is still under warranty and is only 5 months old. 4. When I dropped my vehicle off, they didn't even offer to bring a loaner to the service center. They told me I could walk over to sales and get it. Meanwhile, I had my son with me and had to carry a car seat across a main highway. 5. The loaner vehicle they gave me was nowhere near comparable to my vehicle, it was covered in cat hair and smelled like old cigarettes. 6. Between when I dropped it off (Tuesday May 27th) to Friday (May 30th), when I would call, they would tell me that they couldn't get the car to make the sound I was describing. 7. I escalated to a manager, who drove the vehicle and heard the sound right away. 8. The service center provided me with ZERO updates - and when I would call, they just keep stating 'we don't know where the noise is coming from' - it could be the transmission, or it could be the torque convertor. 9. The vehicle was being driven by someone in the service center - making stops at Costco and homes. I could see everywhere the car was going on the Chevrolet app. 10. Called on Monday June 9th and spoke with Andrew; he stated that they don’t know if they want to replace the transmission or rebuild it, but someone would be in touch with me when they decide. Andrew couldn’t give me a timeline. 11. Called on Monday June 9th and spoke with Muna – asked her to have the GM Sacramento Marcato call me – He never called. 12. June 10th – Spoke with Sacramento after calling back. He said he would find out what was going on and get back with me after his 1pm meeting. Never heard back. 13. June 11th – Texted Sacramento that I never heard back. He called me and said that it was a part that needed to be replaced, but he didn’t know the name of the part and would get back to me with the name of it. 14. June 12th – Texted Sacramento again because he didn’t get back with me on the name of the part. He said he would find out after his conference call. No response 15. June 13th – He replied and said, ‘I can confirm that the technician is addressing your vehicle currently’ and that Andrew, the Service Director would call me with specifics. No call from Andrew. I called Andrew in the afternoon, and he told me the part they ordered didn’t work – he thinks it’s a torque convertor, but they need to speak with GM first. 16. June 17th – Called for an update and spoke with David Fields. David stated that they have no updates and that they don’t know if it’s the engine or the transmission. David told my husband that they could have my vehicle for up to 6 months and then proceeded to hang up on my husband. 17. June 19th - Received a text message from an automated text that said 'take a look at the photos/videos uploaded. This showed a bad torque convertor. I spoke with Andrew, and he said the parts would be overnighted and it would be finished on Friday. 19. Between June 19th and June 23rd - no communication. 20. June 24th - I again reached out about the parts, and they said they didn't have any updates. 21. Texted on June 30th, July 1st, and July 3rd with no response back. 22. Called Sacramento to see if he could get an update on July 3rd. My husband was speaking with him, and he stated that the part that they needed to replace didn't help and the vehicle was still making the noise. As they were speaking, I received a text that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. 23. On July 3rd, I picked up my vehicle and the only thing that was offered for the inconvenience was a hat and a shirt. They gave me the vehicle back dirty - they could have at least put it through a car wash. 24. When I returned home from the dealership, my tire was completely flat. It had a massive screw in it; I am assuming it was from when they were driving it around. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership ever again and I will be sure that others don't as well! There is a major lack of professionalism and communication!

I have been to your service department four times after buying my Chev.hybrid car from you in 1919. I made an appointment with them at 9:00am. I got there and at 8:45 and waited in line with four people who were there waiting. After getting checked in I said I would wait for my oil change and tire rotation. At nearly 11:00 the receptionist came to say I needed two other things. I refused them. So at 1120 or so they said the car was done. I went to pay. I was quoted a price of 89.99 over the phone which now became 141.00. I will not return to Auto Nation again.

My past history with AutoNation has been good and not so good. I vowed to stop patronizing the Laurel location. They have been the only people to work on my vehicle. My service advisor Oscar is the best part of Auto Nation. He is a trustworthy individual, and I listen to what he tells me regarding service. He has never steered me in a direction I questioned later. There was a time he was not present, and I had serious issues. I picked up my vehicle without the service being accomplished. I spend quite a bit of money whenever it is needed therefore good customer service is imperative. Thank you very bringing Oscar back.

My experience at the dealership was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. I only received updates when I called, my service advisor never reached out first. My car was kept for about a month, and for the first two weeks no one could clearly explain what the issue was. This was especially frustrating because I had previously brought the car in for the same problem, and it was returned to me after a week with only the gas cap replaced, which clearly wasn’t the issue since my check engine light came back on two days later. Overall, the lack of communication, long delays, and failure to properly diagnose the problem made this a very negative experience.

My recent oil change visit at AutoNation was very positive overall. The staff was professional, the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was explained clearly. The service advisor greeted me promptly, confirmed the work to be done, and provided an accurate estimate for how long the oil change would take. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait easy. I appreciated that my vehicle was ready when promised and returned in good condition, with the recommended services explained without any pressure or aggressive upselling. Based on this experience, I would feel comfortable returning for future maintenance.

The actual work done was fantastic. All the staff was courteous and helpful. The problem is with your automated system. I scheduled my appointment with the GMC-Buick side of the company for 8:00 AM, Saturday Dec 13. That side of the business is closed on Saturdays, so I went to the Chevrolet side. Everything was fine and I had my vehicle back by 10:00 AM. At 10:30 I received a text message from "Anna" reminding me of my 8:00 AM appointment. I assumed it was a fluke and ignored it. At around 1:30 I received another text from "Anna" stating that they were sorry I missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule. Again, I ignored it. At around 4:30 I got a third text massage stating that my business was important to them and would I like to reschedule. I stated that I was present for the appointment and would not need to reschedule. I received another text thanking me and offering to assist with any other items I needed. Do your two sides of the business not talk to one another? I would like to think that if you book a Saturday appointment for the GMC side and it is not open on Saturdays, that you could check the Chevrolet side to see if the work was performed. While this was really nothing more than a nuisance, it does not instill confidence that you guys have a handle on technology.
