Streamlined when arrived at dealer. I had scheduled my first oil change over the phone so it was quick and easy to check in. They had already noted that is was covered at 100%. Waiting room was nice. Water machine was broken but had coffee and hot chocolate. Also kids friendly with toys, books and tables.
